Items that are available for immediate shipping are posted twice a week. We will let you know by email the day your item is dispatched together with the tracking details. Shipping generally takes 2 to 6 (working) days, depending on the destination
Items that are on pre-order are shipped once the item is ready, you can see the estimated shipping date by the product description. Once your item is shipped, we will let you know by email, together with the tracking details. Shipping generally takes 2 to 6 (working) days.
We only offer standard shipping, if you require express shipping for a present or special occasion, please send us an email to email@example.com and we will happily arrange Express shipping for you.
If you want to order an item for which there is stock of and an item on pre-order, note these will be shipped together once the item on pre-order is ready. If you’d like to receive the item that is ready sooner, please place 2 separate orders.
Lastly, extra shipping fees might apply for deliveries of over 3kg.
Import duties and other custom taxes
Please note Gingham Palace is not responsible for any possible duties and/or taxes which may be applied by customs in the country of delivery. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes, other fees or brown paper bags, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. As these import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we advise you to contact your local customs office if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.
There are no import duties or taxes for purchases within the EU, except for certain Islands (e.g. Canary Islands).
